Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Yes, well-behaved dogs are allowed. A one-time $50 cleaning fee will be added to your room total.

 

COMMUNICATING

Q: Why don’t I have a phone in my room?
A: While we always prefer a face to face conversation with our guests, sometimes a text works best.  Feel free to text us anytime, throughout your stay with us, whether you’d like a restaurant reservation, directions, or a glass of wine sent to your room. Questions, requests, room service, housekeeping, all at your fingertips.  If you don’t text, then we wont bother you. 

 

RESERVATIONS

Q: How do I book a room?
A: Click the BOOK link at the top of the page, email us at hello@skyviewlosalamos.com, call us at 805-344-0104.

Q: Can I cancel my reservation?
A: Yes, up to 48 hours prior to the day of your arrival you may cancel your reservation without a fee, please call us at 805-344-0104

Q: When are you going to charge my card for my reservation?
A: Reservations require an accepted credit card (Visa, AmEx, MasterCard, Discover) at the time of booking. This card will be charged with your first night’s stay the day before your arrival, and the rest of your stay will be charged to your card at check-in. Your card will also be authorized at check-in for incidentals at the rate of $100.00 per day. (If you select a prepaid rate, your card will be charged the full amount of your stay when you make your reservation.) All other charges made to your room during your stay – including room service, restaurant and bar charges, etc. – will also be charged to this card as the expenses are incurred, and all outstanding charges will be charged to your card upon check-out. You may change the card on file with us at any time by visiting the front desk or calling us at 


ROOMS

Q: Can I smoke or Vape in the room?
A: No, and if you do, we’ll add a $250 cleaning fee onto your room total.
 

HOTEL SERVICES

Q: Do you have free wi-fi?
A: Yes, and its fast 

Q: Do you have room service?
A: Yes, you can order from any place on the property and we will bring to you- room, pool, gardens, vineyard, you name it. 

Q: Do you have a spa?
A: We don’t have a spa onsite (yet), but we know some practitioners who can come to your rooms for massage or meditative practice. 

Q: Do you offer bikes?
A: Yes, we have a fleet of Linus bikes for you to use throughout your stay.

Q: How do I park?
A: We have an attendant that will guide you to the parking lot and take your luggage for you to your room or lobby.
