Q: Is the Pool for hotel guests only?
A: Yes.

Q: Do guests have to be 21 and over to access the Pool?
A: Yes, in an effort to better serve our guests, we have changed our pool policy to an adults-only amenity effective Friday, May 27th at 3pm.

PETS

Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Yes. Are you kidding? We love dogs. Well-behaved dogs are always welcome. Two dogs max per room and a $50 cleaning fee will be applied to your room for each dog. Please follow our rules though: dogs must be on a leash at all times within the common areas of the property, dogs are not to be left alone in the rooms or on back patios, and dogs are not allowed in the pool.

RESERVATIONS

Q: How do I book a room?
A: Click the BOOK link in the main menu, email us at hello@skyviewlosalamos.com, or give us a call at 805-344-0104.

Q: Why won’t it let me book just Friday or just Saturday?
A: We hold a two-night minimum on the weekends (3-night minimums on some holiday weekends). This is a good thing! You have a reason to hang with us longer.

Q: Can I cancel my reservation?
A: Yes, up to 72 hours prior to the day of your arrival you may cancel your reservation without a fee, please call us at 805-344-0104

Q: When are you going to charge my card for my reservation?
A: Reservations require an accepted credit card (Visa, AmEx, MasterCard, Discover) at the time of booking. This card will be charged with your first night’s stay at the time of booking, the rest of your stay will be authorized to your card at check-in and charged upon check out. Your card will also be authorized at check-in for incidentals at the rate of $100.00 per day. (If you select a prepaid rate, your card will be charged the full amount of your stay when you make your reservation.) All other charges made to your room during your stay – including room service, restaurant, bar charges, etc. – will also be charged to this card as the expenses are incurred, and all outstanding charges will be charged to your card upon check-out. You may change the card on file with us at any time by visiting the front desk or calling us at 805-344-0104.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Q: Can I check in early?
A: Maybe. This isn’t something we can offer prior to the day of your arrival. Give us a call day-of, and while we can’t make any promises, we’ll do our darnedest to get you in.

Q: Can I check out late?
A: We get it. You won’t want to leave. Again, this isn’t something we can offer prior to your stay. We offer late check-outs based on availability and it’s a $30 for 1pm check-out time


ROOMS

Q: Will I receive housekeeping stayover room cleaning service during my stay?
A: Yes! We will be refreshing all guest rooms in the late morning and early afternoon. This will be the default, unless you have a do-not-disturb hanger on the door handle on the outside of your room door.

Q: Why don’t I have a phone in my room?
A: While we always prefer a face to face conversation with our guests, sometimes a text works best.  Feel free to text us anytime, throughout your stay with us, whether you’d like a restaurant reservation, directions, or a glass of wine sent to your room. Questions, requests, room service, housekeeping, all at your fingertips.  If you don’t text, then we wont bother you. 

Q: Can I get a rollaway bed?
A: Nope! We do not offer rollaway beds.

Q: How do I park?
A: Follow the signs when entering the property. Drive up the left driveway for check-in, and you'll be guided to overnight parking lot beside the rooms up the right driveway.

Q: Do you have Tesla or EV charging stations?
A: Yes, we have 2 regular (not Superchargers) Tesla charging stations in our upper parking lot. We do not have an EV adapter, so bring yours from home. These spaces are reserved for hotel guests.

AROUND THE HOTEL

Q: Can I smoke on property?
A: Never in the rooms (if you do, we’ll add a $250 cleaning fee onto your room total) and not around other guest in the main courtyard, but we do have a designated smoking area at the south end of the property and it has a great view.

Q: Does Norman offer room service?
A: Yes, you can order from any place on the property and request that we bring it to you - room, pool, courtyard - you name it!

Q: Can I host a meeting, wedding, or event at Skyview?
